This single-shaft shredder is suitable for automatic shredding of large-diameter PE, ABS, PP, PPR plastic pipes. The equipment has a high degree of automation and high production efficiency, enabling users to recycle large-diameter plastic waste and pipes economically and effectively.
The recycled PE, ABS, PP, and PPR pipes that can be put into the feeding box of the shredder, they can be shredded directly.
The size of the shredded plastic is between 20~80mm. The shredder can work with conveyor belt and second step shredder. Final product can be directly used for granulating.
2. Main structure of equipment:
This series of single-shaft shredders consists of a motor, a hard-tooth surface reducer, a rotating cutter shaft, an imported moving knife, a fixed knife, a frame, a machine base, a box, an oil hydraulic cylinder, an oil pump, and a cylinder.
3.Working process of equipment:
The single-shaft shredder is a one-shaft structure. The machine uses the quadrilateral blade embedded on the main shaft to quickly scrape and tear the approaching plastic pipes under the pressure of the pushing device to achieve the purpose of shredding the plastic pipes. The low-speed rotary motion of the spindle drives the blade to produce tearing and extrusion stress on the material, and the material is processed into the required size.
4.Features of equipment:
1) Install two fixed knives on the rack. The rotary knife shaft is equipped with a removable embedded movable knife, and the number of movable knives depends on different models and the size of the rotary knife shaft. A moving knife is a knife that can be used on all four corners. Remove the moving knife after it is blunt and replace the angle, and then sharpen the knife until the four sides are blunt. Since it is a claw-type movable knife, it can be used for rotary cutting. The fixed and movable knives are made of SKD11 imported from Japan. After heat treatment, the hardness is above HRC60°. Therefore, the service life is long, the cutting ability is strong, and the production capacity is high. Blades work more than 1,000 tons, then they need to be sharpened.
2) When the machine is working, the material is propelled by a hydraulic cylinder and equipped with a pneumatic clamping device. PLC programmable control, high degree of automation, easy to operate.
3) At the same time, it can be matched with conveyor belt and secondary crusher, which can achieve automation, rationalization and labor saving. Effectively reduce labor intensity and improve working environment.
