1. If you can use a larger seal than the original one that is better, more rubber on the outside to hold the seal in place.

2. Apply grease to the inside of the seal before it is installed. A good grease will help lubricate the seal and make it last longer.

3. Use a rubber hammer to tap around the outside of the seal after you install it, this will help keep it from coming out.

4. Also, I would suggest getting some new ejector pins if they are worn or leaking oil, they won't last long with a new seal if they are worn or pitted

Q: How fast does the plastic move in an injection molding machine?

A: The short answer is, it depends on how much plastic is being injected into the mold.

It also depends on the type of plastic being injected. Some plastics are very viscous when they're injected and take a while to fill the mold. Others are less viscous and can be pushed through the mold quickly. But regardless of how fast the plastic moves, there's always going to be a point where it fills up all the space in the mold and then stops its forward movement.

If you're using an injection molding machine that has hydraulic rams, those rams will have a proportional valve that controls the speed at which they move. The faster you make them move, the more pressure you put on the plastic in front of them, and if you're not careful, you'll end up breaking stuff. If you make them too slow, you won't get enough plastic in your part before it cools down.
