1. Brief introduction:

RKG series plastic film compaction granulation line is a kind of integrated equipment to improve the efficiency of plastic film granulation lines. It solves the plastic film accumulation density caused by the low feeding difficulty and low productivity phenomenon. Through compaction, the plastic material density increases, thus improving the production capacity of the equipment to achieve efficient, intelligent and easy operation. The final product is a plastic particle of the same size and can be directly applied to plastic extrusion production.

 

2. Working principle of plastic film granulation machine

The first phase:

The plastic film with a thickness of no more than 0.2mm and an area of no more than 0.6 square is put into the cutting compactor by the belt conveyor. The crushing of the plastic film and the aggregate are carried out simultaneously. The soft plastic film is processed into granular materials, thus increasing the raw plastic material's feeding speed into the extruder and improving the output of the extruder.

 

The second phase:

Plastic raw materials are evenly transmitted into the hopper and dropped on the screw. The screw thread bites plastic material. With the rotation of the screw thread, plastic material is forced to push the direction of the head, forming a mechanical conveying process.

When the plastic material is forced pushing from the feeding port to the head, due to the gradual reduction of the screw thread depth, but also the existence of the filter screen, flow plate and heat resistance, the formation of high pressure in the plasticization process, the plastic material is pressed with a high high-density, which improves its heat conduction, and help the plastic melt quickly. At the same time, the increasing pressure causes the air between the materials to be discharged from the vent.

At the same time as the internal pressure of plastics rises, the friction between plastics also generates a lot of heat during the process of compression, shearing and agitation. At this moment, the external heating device is supplemented. Under the joint action of external force and internal force, the temperature of plastics gradually rises, and their physical state also experiences the change from a glass state to a high elastic state and finally to be viscoelastic state.

 

The third phase:

The plastic material has completely melted into a fluid, indicating that it has been completely plasticized. The plasticized plastic material is extruded from the head at constant pressure, quantitatively, uniformly and continuously by the screw, and then cooled and shaped by circulating cooling water. Then the plastic strips are cut into pellets by a grain cutter.
