1、 Sorting process

4、 Main washing process

5、 Rinsing process

This process has two functions: one is to float out the remaining floating material, and the other is to float away the cleaning agent that adheres to the bottle.

1、 Dehydration: It is best to use a cyclone dehydrator, which saves electricity and has a high dehydration rate.

2、 Rinsing: It is best to use rinsing equipment with rubbing, such as a spiral belt rinsing machine, to further remove residual stains and cleaning agents.

3、 Main washing: Use equipment with scrubbing and heating functions, such as a spiral belt main washing machine, and ensure the washing time; Choose a suitable cleaning agent to ensure the removal of all stubborn stains.

4、 Crushing: Select a suitable crusher, such as a forced feed crusher, and adjust the distance between the knife and the bottom of the screen to prevent too many fragments.
